If the power goes out in my house and I’m unable to finish the movie I was watching, will I still need to pay the rental fee?
Under some circumstances, we can credit the cost of a movie-rental for customers in good standing. If you were not able to finish the movie you were watching because of the power outage and your account is current, we will be happy to credit the cost of the movie rental charge to your account.
How long does the activation process take?
The activation process can be done online at www.vudu.com/activation. Between activation and a short Guided set-up video, you will be watching your first movie within minutes!

Does VUDU display the AVN adult titles I rent or own on my account’s Movie History?
No. We will not display the names of adult titles you have rented or purchased on your statement. They will be referenced as title numbers.
