VUDU offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee which means, if for any reason you wish to return a box purchased directly through VUDU’s website within thirty days from the date it was shipped, we will refund the price of the box. Purchases made from other retailers are subject to their respective return policies.

Please note that the original shipping costs and your return shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only refund the credit card used in the original purchase. The refund will occur within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving the box in “as new” condition and with original packaging. For orders originating in the state of California, we will also refund any state sales tax incurred.

VUDU also offers a one year manufacturer's warranty on the VUDU box, the VUDU XL and the VUDU Wireless Kit. Refurbished VUDU boxes have a ninety day warranty. The warranty starts from the date of original purchase.

HOW TO CLOSE YOUR VUDU ACCOUNT - If you are no longer using your VUDU account, i.e. you've returned the box(es) associated with your VUDU account, you can request to have  your VUDU account closed. (Note: if you are not using your VUDU box,  your account will not be charged.) In order to close your account,  submit a support ticket requesting that your account be closed.
