Is it possible to suspend my VUDU service if I am going out of town for an extended period of time?

It would not be necessary to suspend your VUDU service because there are no monthly service charges for VUDU; VUDU is strictly a pay-as-you-go service. If you would like to prevent your VUDU box from being capable of ordering movies in the future, you may contact VUDU Customer Care and we will suspend your account. Once you are ready to begin ordering movies again, just contact us and we will re-instate your account. There are no service charges for this action. In the case that your account is idle for a year, we will automatically suspend it.
