VUDU is compatible with select, approved programmable remotes such as Logitech Harmony, Philips Pronto, Control4, and models by Universal Remote, Inc.

Please note that you will need the IR Receiver Kit (sold separately on VUDU's website) which plugs into the I/O port on the back of the VUDU box. The I/O port is a tight fit so if you are having trouble controlling the VUDU box with your IR remote, unplug the IR kit and plug it back in. When you plug it back in, give it a second push so it's fully seated. You should hear 2 clicks when it's in all the way.
