What do I do if my VUDU remote control stops working?

If your remote control becomes sporadically responsive or non-responsive to commands, first double-check that your antenna is firmly attached to the rear of the VUDU box. The antenna must be connected for your remote to function properly. It may also help if the antenna is pointing straight upwards. Also, make sure that the batteries in your remote aren’t dead. If you still experience problems, you may wish to A) adjust the remote control’s sensitivity if you suspect interference from other devices is to blame, or B) “re-pair” the remote control to your box if it has become completely non-reponsive. The remote’s sensitivity can be changed within the Remote Settings Screen of the UI, located within Info & Settings. Please consult the Remote Control section of the User Guide for further guidance. Instructions for “re-pairing” your remote can also be found in the User Guide in the Remote Control section. The User Guide is located at http://images.vudu.com/v4/VUDU_User_Guide.pdf.
