If you did not receive the activation email you will need to click on the ‘Free HD Rental’ menu from the Home screen. Under that menu are the following options:
- Back
- Resend Email
- Change Email
- Can’t Receive Email
You can either try to resend the email using the “Resend Email” option. Or, choose the “Can’t Receive Email” button. This submenu contains an activation code and alternative instructions for how to activate on our website.
If you choose ‘Explore VUDU’ from the Welcome screen without signing up with an email address, the system will prompt you to enter one when trying to:
- Rent or purchase a movie
- Access the Free HD Rental
